The Park - Secluded Retirement Homes

Salthouse Farm Park has grown into a caring and neighbourly community which commenced in 1998. All the homes are privately owned and individually designed to their owners specifications. They are all spacious twin-units with at least two bedrooms. Many also have en suites and utilitiy rooms. All are lovingly kept and maintained with beautifully-tended gardens;  all homes have either a concrete shed or garage. The roads are wide and well-lit, and arranged in attractive cul-de-sacs. All homes are connected to mains services and are metered directly from a supplier of their choice. All residents have security of tenure in accordance with the 1983 and 2013 Mobile Homes Act.
